    On behalf of Pollen Estate we achieved the largest retail rent per square foot ever achieved in the UK; a letting to LVMH luxury watch brand, Hublot which yielded an increase of well over 25% on the previous level. This was the result of a targeted marketing campaign to luxury groups across the globe.

    KLM Retail secured a 15-year lease on a flagship store for luxury German leather accessories brand MCM (Modern Creation München). The 2,690 sq ft (250 sqm) store is located on 16 Conduit Street, midway between Bond Street and Regent Street.

    Aberdeen Asset Management, advised by KLM Retail, sold the 20,000 sq ft flagship Urban Outfitters store at 41-43 Market Street, Manchester for £18.6 million.
