Three New Additions for Clayton Square, Liverpool

Bowling and bar operator Lane 7 will occupy 10,000 sq ft within Clayton Square, taking previously vacant space on ground and first floor levels, with works to create the space now nearing completion.

Lane 7 has taken a 20-year lease at the shopping centre and will open later this year.

Shaun Hose, director at Patrizia, said: “The positive trend of Clayton Square is being reflected in attracting new and exciting uses that complement the existing mix within the centre. We look forward to sharing more news over the coming months.”

The 150,000 sq ft Clayton Square includes a covered mall anchored by Boots along with external frontage to Church Street, Parker Street, Great Charlotte Street and Ranelagh Street.

We are also pleased to announce a further two lettings. 

Batty & Dexter have signed a 5 year lease on 1,125 sq ft on the ground floor.  Batty & Dexter are proud to be Liverpool Football Clubs chosen optician, working with players and managers providing the best eye care service.  They have stores in Southport, Aintree, Hunts Cross and Anfield.

We have also signed a 10 year lease with Eurochange who will occupy 400 sq ft. This will be their third store in Liverpool city centre, in addition to Liverpool One and Liverpool St John’s.
